Neal Chambers, B.E.Sc.
Neal Chambers joined Weigh House in January 2010 to open the company’s office in Barrie, Ontario.
A strong advocate of investor education, Neal takes great satisfaction in explaining seemingly complex financial concepts in ‘everyday language’ to ensure clients fully understand their investment portfolios and overall financial posture. He finds that enhanced understanding invariably leads to greater peace of mind, as clients come to appreciate that they are ‘on track’ to financial security.
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Neal earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He worked as a project engineer in the automotive industry for a number of years before joining the financial services sector. His analytical background and life-long interest in investments serve him well as he delivers Weigh House services to clients throughout Simcoe County.
Neal is married and expecting his first child in May of this year. He is active in his community, and has contributed his time and energy to a number of local causes, including Habitat for Humanity, Byron Optimist Club, Barrie’s ‘Out of the Cold’ program as well as neighbourhood food banks. In his free time, he enjoys wilderness camping, curling and golf.
